Complaints Procedure

Here at Allsortz Youth Club we are aware that sometimes it is difficult to make a complaint, particulaly in small,local organisations.It can be particulaly hard to complain about people in positions of authority such as leaders in charge, generally it is easier to walk away.

We need to know if you or a child encounter a problem within our organisation, that is why we actively promote and encourage our complaints procedure and try to ensure whenever possible that there is some level of independent oversight.

If a child suddenly stops wanting to take part in activities we need to be asking them why.

When a complaint is needed then Steve Roslow who is responsible for the complaints procedure needs to know so he can best decide the course of action to be taken and when is the correct time to refer the said complaint to the statutory authorities for investigation. 

As a youth organisation we are members of Staffordshire Council of Voluntary Youth Services (SCVYS) who are able to provide support in investigating complaints and follow up complaints against leaders or managers.
