Here at Allsortz Youth Club we aim to provide a safe environment for children/young people,this is why we are very strict on having a Child Protection policy and procedure in place.A full copy is available upon request,but please read the listed summary of key points.

 

• John Sadler is our designated Child Protection contact,telephone 07966596107 / 01902700847 please contact John if you have any concerns about any child or the behavior of anyone using the project

• Ensuring all staff and volunteers are appropriately checked and vetted

• Making the correct arrangements for all activities

• Having a code of conduct for all staff/volunteers and ensuring they are best placed in what to do if they have any concerns about a child

• Following national and Local child protection procedures, this includes reporting any serious concerns to First Responce and/or the Police as appropriate.

 

We would ask you support us in keeping the children safe by

 

• Following the code of conduct and treating people with respect

• Supervising your child at all times unless they are taking part in an organised activity

• Ensure we hold correct emergency contact details for your child, and that you are contactable on all activities

• Talking to the designated Child Protection person (John Sadler) if you have any concerns regarding both the children and adults using the organisation.
